Yang（烊） is one charactor from Jackson Yee’s given name, it is composed of fire （火）and sheep（羊）, so the image of sheep is used to symbolize himself.
In Dec 2015, he posted a mini comic featuring a cartoon figure called Yee Zhi Yang (in Chinese, it sounds same as “a sheep”). Around that time it appears in many occasions as his avatar.
